SICS is an acronym for the Swedish Institute of Computer Science. We
are situated in the northern part of Stockholm. SICS has approximately
100 researchers organised into seven laboratories, more information
about can be found at the SICS web
site. One of the seven groups is the Computer Network and
Architecture Group, headed by Dr. Bengt Ahlgren.
These are the Computer Network and Architecture Group's pages for the
E-NEXT project. Currently, the group has five registered senior
researchers and six PhD students.
The areas of our research can be broadly classified into four areas:
-
Protocols and networks
-
Mobile and wireless communication
-
Service Architectures and scalable distributed applications
-
Computer Architecture simulation
A presentation of the laboratory can be found at CNA in pdf
format. Details of our current projects relevant to the E-NEXT project
can be found under the 'Projects' tab to the left. Links to the staff
members of the CNA group and their research interests are available
here too.
