From Landvetter, the city center is a short bus ride (70 SEK) or taxi ride (300-400 SEK) away. Low-price flights are available by Ryan Air to Säve Airport, which has a bus service to central Göteborg. By  train, Göteborg is about 3-4 hours from Stockholm (Sweden), Copenhagen (Denmark) or Oslo (Norway). ACCOMODATION The workshop takes place on Lindholmen, situated on the large island Hisingen, which is separated from mainland Gothenburg by a wide canal (Göta Älv). Lindholmen is well served by buses from the central city, in particular buss 16 which passes Nordstaden (near the central station) and other central locations. For a more exotic trip, there are also ferrys that serve Lindholmen from several stops including Lilla Bommen and Rosenlund. We recommend that you book a hotel in the center of the city and use the bus service to get to the workshop venue. Here are some good options.
