Problems with personas can be to create believable characters [1]. In this project, it has been challenging to express data from 10 interviews through only 4 characters.

It can also be a problem to communicate the personas to the design team and make the team use them in a satisfying way [1]. This project had a limited time frame and it was therefore not possible to take the persona effort further. With more resources, posters of the personas could have been made in order to make the characters more present for the design team.

To make the persona effort pay off it has to be supported by the team leader [1]. The personas have to be put in focus and measures have to be taken in order to secure the characters in the design team. So far they have only been created - now it is up to the team to make use of them.

It should be noted that the creation of personas is not science [1]. Many decisions in the process are subjective and based on a feeling or a hunch instead of real facts about the users. The underlying data from the interviews simply serve as inspiration in the process.
