Removed some false information from readme.txt and added information
about changes.txt

Added the documentation file in word format to the directory.

Changed the filenames for MBC_19_8335_8343 to MCB_19_8335_8343 since
the paper comes from "Molecular and Cellular Biology". Did the same
change from MBC to MCB for the files that used to be named
MBC_21_7641_7652, MBC_24_4955_4967, MBC_24_10558_10572. Corrected the
numbers in Table 1 accordingly.

Removed the double <journal> annotation from
JBC_273_16756_16763_annotated.cleaned.txt

2005-10-07

Removed JBC_270_22632_22638 from the irrelevant set since it has a in
vitro evidence but without record about what kinase does the
phosphorylation. It is too hard to tell if it is relevant or
irrelevant.

Removed JBC_274_7923_7928 from the irrelevant set since it has at
least one in vitro evidence. It is not moved to the relevant set because
the evidence is for a protein without Uniprot ID, and we don't know
how to handle that at this point.

JBC_274_22151_22154, JBC_276_25605_25611, JBC_276_42389_42400,
JBC_277_45203_45210, JBC_278_13740_13746 and
MolecularCancerResearch_1_155_163 are moved from the irrelevant set to
the relevant set. Because they are.

JBC_271_4755_4762: Changed the order of mutant_desc and species in
<organism> for one protein in the template.

Added MBC_11_51_64 to the Relevant part of the corpus.
