Yapex performance
The table describes the performance of the current version, February
2003, of the Yapex protein name tagger. The results are obtained by
evaluating Yapex on the Yapex
Test Collection of MEDLINE abstracts using six different notions
of correctness. More information on these notions and on how Yapex
