The workshop will be held in Kista a suburb to Stockholm. Kista is located a 20 minute subway ride north of Stockholm. Stockholm and Kista are close to Arlanda international airport, Bromma domestic/international airport and around 1.5 hours from Skavsta airport (ryanair).
For those staying in Kista, there are airport buses from Arlanda to Kista http://www.peopletravel.se/en/koncernen/. The journey to Kista takes around 25 minutes and costs 90 SEK.
There is also an express train running between Arlanda airport and Stockhom city, for those that are staying in Stockholm. The journey takes ~20 minutes and costs 190 SEK.
From skavsta airport there is a bus to Stockholm city http://www.peopletravel.se/en/koncernen/. The journey takes around 80 minutes and costs 130 SEK.
