1. All projects MUST have their stands or demos ready by Sunday evening, since it will not be possible to unpack the demos or stands after sunday evening. Packing can not be done earlier than Wednesday morning. This is due to the co-location of the UbiComp conference, the loading and un-loading facilities will not be accessible.
2. Refreshments are served Monday and Tuesday during the breaks at 10:00-10:30 and 15:00-15:30, both in the conference and the exhibition rooms. Lunch is served in the Exhibition Room Monday and Tuesday at 12:00 to 13:30.
