Hardware platform

We are not developing any hardware in the DTN/SN project, but are using the ESB hardware platform developed by the Computer Systems & Telematics group at Free University Berlin. The ESB sensor node is equipped with a TR1001 radio tranciever, an MSP430 microprocessor with 2 kb RAM and 60 kb flash ROM, a battery pack with 3 AAA batteries, and a number of sensors.
