Complexity analysis of human language is uninteresting for many reasons, among them 1) the assumption of infinite sentence length, and 2) the assumption of a finite lexicon.
Actually this is true for many cases where complexity analysis is performed. Worst-case analyses aren't usually what best describes a problem space.
