ARLANDA AIRPORT AND TRANSFERS

You probably will arrive at the Stockholm Arlanda Airport. Arlanda is about 30 min drive from central Stockholm. From Stockholm Arlanda Airport there are basically two options to travel from the airport to the Hotel/ Stockholm City

• AIRPORT BUS: Take the airport bus to the Central Station, Stockholm. From there, you can easily find a taxi to take you to Långholmen. The closest subway station to Långholmen is 'Hornstull', but it is not completely easy to find your way from Hornstull to Långholmen. There are also buses that go to Långholmen.
• TAXI

...between 400-500 SEK from the airport to the hotel.

CURRENCY

The unit of currency is the Swedish Kronor (SEK). (Approximate exchange rate: USD 1 = SEK 7.50)

WEATHER

The weather in Stockholm in the end of October is usually a bit chilly. Expect temperatures below zero at night. There is rarely snow at this time of the year (no icebears on the streets...) but expect some rain. Be sure to bring warm and windproof clothes, since we plan for a boat tour in the beautiful Stockholm archipelago on tuesday night!
