Current Position
I'm a Ph.D. Student at Mälardalen
University and Swedish Institute
of Computer Science. Mainly, my research is conducted in the
city of Västerås, located
at the north shore of lake Mälaren.
Research Interests
My current research interests are local search, combinatorial
optimization, constraint satisfaction, boolean optimization and
propositional satisfiability.
Off-work Interests
In my spare time, which isn't much, I like to listen to music and
hanging out with my buddies and my girlfriend Veronica. A new
free-time interest of mine is photography. I have borrowed a very
old (manufactured in '62) camera (Praktika) from my mother, and have
started to take some photographies just for fun.
12-12: I got my Cyprus pictures today, some of them were quite
nice actually. Also, I noticed that quite a large percentage of the
pictures had waves as the main motive... A bit dull maybe.
Occasionally, when I can get the time, I try to activate myself with some of the following
sports;
- Mountainbiking
Hmmm... it was a long time since I last went riding.
- Scubadiving
I really enjoy diving, but unfortunately I haven't had the spare
time to dive in a while. I have a two-star
CMAS diving license.
- Swimming
Actually, this is a new interest of mine. I have recently had
the energy to start swimming on a more regular basis.
- Snowboarding
Quite a nice way to kill some time. Hopefully there will be some
riding this winter.
- Skiing
When I'm not snowboarding..
As mentioned, I like to listen to music. My taste of music is very
varied, but mostly I listen to classical, hip-hop, and
ambient music.
