More generally, I am trying to increase interaction mediums between the different participants (actors). Currently, I try to design a few simple GUI objects that any DIVE application could use for interaction with users.

I have just finished a TCL interface to DIVE. This interface is designed to describe in a "real" programming language the behaviours of DIVE objects. More information can be found here.
