Lab 1
Adaptive systems

Introduction:

This lab will (hopefully):
  1. get you aquainted with a few adaptive systems.
  2. give you a better understanding of what adaptive systems are about.

Instructions:

This web page contains all the information you need to perform the lab. It contains links to the systems to be tried out as well as to documents describing the systems.

This page is at the same time a form. Your assignment is to answer the following questions and then to fill in the answers in this form. When ready, send the form (submit) in to your laboration leader, by simply pressing the button "send answers" at the end of the form. Do this when you are finished and then only once. The answers will automatically be sent in. You don't have to enter an address.

You are allowed and encouraged to work in groups of 2 or 3. Each person can use their own terminal, but you should discuss your answers before filling out and submitting ONE copy of the form. Also, for one of the systems to be looked at (PUSH), you will have to sit together as a group when trying it out, as it only runs on one machine at a time (One machine will be set up un the lab room for this system and the groups will have to take turns in trying it out.)
