Edited Information Services
The main goal of the EdInfo project is to create information service environments where information brokers collaborate with their subscribers to create user-adaptive information services.
An information broker is e.g. a dedicated expert that collects and potentially reviews literature within a restricted area of interest; a journalist that produces articles with specific reader groups in mind; a librarian that organizes incoming information and directs readers to various sources; or a professional information broker, who processes specific information requests, seeks for appropriate information sources, and produces summaries of the obtained information. |
