W3C - XG - EIIF - Framework Doc patched

Below we have the version os the Framework Document that I have processed. Also -- just below here -- there are some remarks.

Notes on changes and other remarks

Image locations
All images are referenced locally related to the version of the draft, of the form assets/XXX.png EXCEPT FOR ONE IMAGE which is http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/eiif/XGR-framework-20081106/assets/ema2.png No links have been changed, but when establishing the new version, one must remember to get the image files in place. And it would eb preferable to have all images referred to in the "locally" way.
Changes to characters
For ease of editing, I changed all special quotes and dashes to standard ASCII equivalents. Visually there is no big difference, but it made my editing simpler.
Abstract
Changed from something basically meaning "present an interop info framework" to a new formulation that basically says "analyze needs and approaches to interop info framework + examples of core model components"
Formal model typography
Introduced different style for the term denoting formal concepts of the models (e.g. W3). Note: only done in text ... figures are unchanged.
Title of "missing" usecase
Is it "missing person", "missing persons", or "missing people"?
Other use-cases ... "Damage/Needs Assessment"
Could not wrap my head around one sentence in this use-case:

The assessments are made by field representatives of each relief
agency (Gov, NGOs) and often with Government includes the
      registration of people.

Please someone rephrase it so it reads smoothly.
W3 model - figures and text
There are two terms in the text that do not appear in the figure. In description of "Capability" the following are mentioned:
      - People
      - Supplies

Either the figure is incomplete (which I indicated in the text) or these names should be replaced by something else (what?).
