piak's Video page

These videos are productions done in cooperation with several artists. Each of the sub pages to this one contains more information and credits. Most videos are provided in two sizes and are primarily intended for download and viewing locally, not for live streaming. This, said, streaming over http may work for you if you have a good enough connection or set up adequate buffering. I use a mp4 or QuickTime (.mov) containers and mostly H.264 codecs.

Ven

These video shorts were produced in connection with a dance seminar 2008 at the small island of Ven on the Swedish west cost. They feature dance improvisations in selected environments on the island, some quite mad, some lyrical some only experimental fragments.


Allkonst (Multi art)

Video demonstrations and documentation for a series of Multi art experiments performed at Fylkingen during 2008-2009. These experiments include improvisations in several art forms organised around simple spatial restrictions created with lighting and using projected images. Voiced poetry and improvised music accompany dance movement through these spaces.

Urban dance Installations

First results from a series of urban dance installations performed in locations in central Stockholm initiated in 2009. The idea here, is to produce a more or less improvised dance performance inspired by the spatial properties of the chosen location. using portable audio or live music.
