Workshop on Silicon Carbide Power Electronic Applications (2010)

Workshop on Silicon Carbide Power Electronic Applications

2010-05-18--19: The Silicon Carbide annual event in Kista 2010 was a two days event. Approximately 160 attendees from the industry all over the world and academic researchers in Europe joined the meeting. The 2010 workshop focused not only on the technical advances in silicon carbide technology but on real applications as well.

The workshop is for scientists, engineers and persons in management positions who want to be updated on and discuss the latest developments in the field of silicon carbide power electronics and applications.

The workshop was organized by KTH, Acreo and TranSiC.
