Integration of voluntary actors in dynamic resource allocation in rescue operations

In the project Integration of voluntary actors in dynamic resource allocation in rescue operations we investigate how technical systems and methods for dynamic resource allocation can be developed to include voluntary actors and how they can be positioned, alarmed and thereby able to participated in rescue operations. In the project, voluntary actors in sparsely populated areas are in focus, using an extended version of a dynamic resource allocation decision support system, currently being developed by SOS Alarm. The project is co-financed by MSB and SOS Alarm.

Performed in the collaboration with Center for Advanced Research in Emergency Response (CARER) Linköping University.
