I am a senior researcher at RISE SICS. My research interests include Internet traffic measurements, traffic and cache management, communication performance for connected vehicles and the evolution of the Internet architecture. I am currently leading the FELICIA-project where we study what network performance connected cars can expect in todays mobile networks. Connected cars can make road traffic safer and more efficient, but require the mobile networks to handle time-critical applications and uploads of large data volumes. We study if access to several operators and communication over multiple paths can improve performance and enable new connected vehicle applications today. I am also doing research towards a low latency Internet in the Ready-project.

I have a Masters degree in computer science from Uppsala University (2002) and a PhD degree from Mälardalen University (2012).
